The Polar counter features access to ingredients either via top-mounted GN pans or in the 405Ltr capacity main cavity. On top, there's space for up two twelve 1/6th size GN pans (polycarbonate pans supplied as standard), giving you a huge variety of ingredients available with arms' reach. The top also features a handy removable polypropylene chopping board, so you can do all the prep in one place.

The main counter offers a generous amount of storage space and includes adjustable shelves, so it's easy to configure the cavity to suit the contents. Front-mounted digital controls make operation easy, whilst the stainless steel construction is both highly durable and easy to clean.
